Coppess Leaving FSA, Heading to The Hill

Farm Service Administrator Jonathan Coppess will be leaving USDA next week to head back to The Hill. Coppess will begin working with Senator Debbie Stabenow as chief counsel for the Senate agriculture, nutrition and forestry committee. Stabenow is chair of the Senate agriculture committee. Val Dolcini, FSA state executive director in California will take over as acting administrator.
